Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By engaging SR International for any services, you (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SR International (“SR International,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
1. Introduction SR International, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, provides comprehensive building maintenance and support services, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, elevator, generator, cleaning, repair, painting, security, and annual maintenance packages. These Terms govern the provision of all services by SR International to its Clients.
2. Scope of Services The specific services to be provided to the Client will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement, Quotation, Work Order, or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) (collectively, “Service Agreement”). Any conflict between these Terms and a specific Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail regarding the specific services outlined therein.
3. Client Obligations a. Access: The Client shall provide SR International’s personnel with safe, clear, and timely access to the premises and areas necessary for the performance of services. b. 9. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party during the course of performing services, except as required by law or with prior written consent.

Force Majeure SR International shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
